Don Scallen is a frequent speaker for Headwaters Nature. He is a remarkable field naturalist and interpreter, who has expertise is many areas. (He’s bringing copies of his just-published book on Spotted Salamanders for sale to this meeting! $20 is well-worth his writings and his photos!). Don is also an executive of the Halton-North Peel Naturalists Club, the closest such club to ours!
